Welcome back to another Full Day of Eating and today, I am tackling 2000. Usually, I would never drop my calories this low during a fat loss or cutting phase and the lowest I usually go is approx 2300 calories per day. But 2000 calories is a very common calorie goal when the aim is fat loss hence the reason I wanted to do a meal plan style video on it. You will also see that all of my meals contain quite a lot of protein and across the whole day, I hit 190g protein. So, a high protein diet is obviously great for muscle building but protein is also the most filling macro - so a high protein diet is also great for keeping you full and satisfied throughout the day which is very important when on lower calories. So, for breakfast I enjoy some protein-packed overnight oats. For lunch, I have two delicious pittas filled with piri-piri chicken and some other spicy bits. Kind of reminded me of Nandos! Then, later in the day I have some fajita mix from Aldi and a very cheeky treat to end the day. So, some good ideas in there if you are on a lower calorie diet and I hope you enjoy
